CANCELLATION POLICIES
Cancellation fees apply as follows:
(a) If cancelled 31 days or more prior to the pick-up date: Full Deposit Refund.
(b) If cancelled within 14-30 days of pick-up date: 50% Deposit Refund.
(c) If cancelled 3-13days prior to pick-up date: 25% Deposit Refund.
(d) If cancelled 48 Hours before pick-up or no show: No refund available.
(e) On early return: No Refund.
(f) When paying your deposit you accept the cancellation terms.
(g) Refund will be made within 5 working days after receipt of correct bank details is send bay email.
